Winning Streak

Oliver's Historic Class win at the difficult Oulton Park Circuit, together with his impressive performance at France 's Magny Cours in 2005, and garlands each time out last in 2006, demonstrates his ability and expertise. In July he won the covetable LOLA Cup for Historic Sports 2000s at Snetterton against very stiff competition. He also had Class wins in the three other races at that meeting, including a Historic Class Relay win, partnered with erstwhile adversary, Tony Maryon.

Racing Sports 2000

In spite of only racing six of the eight race meetings of the Sports 2000 series in 2006, 24 year old Oliver gained an impressive ten Class Wins, won the Lola Cup outright, and achieved a creditable 3rd in the Historic Pinto Championship.

A hard earned win in the first race of the 2008 Historic Championship in the Tiga SC80 beautifully prepared for Davison-Highly by John Danby Racing, has set Oliver on course for 2008. The Championship has a further three races, at Cadwell Park, Snetterton and Brands Hatch.
